開機進桌面自動彈出「我的文件/文件總管」視窗，通常是惡意軟體/木馬修改了 Userinit 登錄值，在 userinit.exe 後加上 ,explorer.exe。修復只需刪除多餘部分。

故障現象

• 開機登入後，自動開啟一個或多個「文件總管/我的文件」視窗。
• 關閉後短時間內可能再次彈出。
• 工作管理員可見多個 explorer.exe 進程。

快速修復（登錄表）

1. 執行 regedit（需管理員權限）。
2. 定位：

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

3. 右側找到 Userinit 字串值，正常值為：

C:\Windows\system32\userinit.exe,

注意結尾有逗號。

4. 若值變為 C:\Windows\system32\userinit.exe,explorer.exe 或 C:\Windows\system32\userinit.exe,C:\Windows\explorer.exe 等，刪除逗號後的所有內容，只保留 C:\Windows\system32\userinit.exe,。
5. 確定 → 重開機，問題解決。

輔助排查（防復發）

1. 啟動資料夾： Win+R → shell:startup / shell:common startup，刪除不明捷徑/腳本。
2. msconfig / 工作管理員啟動項： 檢查是否有 explorer.exe、不明路徑程式，停用並刪除。
3. 登錄表 Run/RunOnce： HKLM\...\Run、HKCU\...\Run、HKLM\...\RunOnce、HKCU\...\RunOnce 掃描異常項。
4. 全盤掃毒： Windows Defender 離線掃描 + Malwarebytes，清除修改登錄的木馬本體。
5. 系統檔案修復： 管理員 PowerShell 執行 sfc /scannow + DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth。

原理解析

Userinit 指定使用者登入時首先執行的程式，預設為 userinit.exe（負責載入使用者配置、執行登入腳本、最後啟動 explorer.exe 作為 Shell）。木馬在後面加 explorer.exe，導致 userinit.exe 執行完後額外再啟動一個 explorer 實例，產生多視窗。
