1 路由器常用測試命令

　　show interfaces serial Command

　　顯示指定端口的狀態

　　2 路由器傳輸故障排除方法

　　檢查端口及線路協議的狀態 (Interface and Line Protocol Status)

　　端口及線路協議的狀態共有以下六種

　　Serial x is up, line protocol is up

　　Serial x is down, line protocol is down

　　Serial x is up, line protocol is down

　　Serial x is up, line protocol is up (looped)

　　Serial x is administratively down, line protocol is down

　　路由器未檢測到載波信號

　　1. 傳輸線路不通

　　2. 路由器的連接線未連接，或未連接正確。

　　3. 路由器硬件故障 
　　步驟 1 檢測傳輸線路

　　步驟 2 檢查你是否使用正確的電纜與端 口

　　步驟 3 改換路由器另外端口，以確認是否為硬件故障

　　Serial x is up,

　　line protocol is down 
　　1. 本地或遠程路由器配置錯誤

　　2. 遠程路由器未配置 keepalives 參數。
