現象

iTunes Store 偶爾不更新最新 App、音樂、電影或「本周免費 App」，重開也無效。

方法一：強制刷新

1. Windows：Win+R 輸入 iTunes 啟動；Mac：直接點擊 Dock 圖示。
2. 進入 iTunes Store 頁面。
3. Windows 按 Ctrl+R，Mac 按 Cmd+R 強制重新整理。

方法二：清除快取

1. 開啟 iTunes → 選單列「編輯」→「偏好設定」（Mac 為「iTunes」→「偏好設定」）。
2. 切換到「進階」分頁。
3. 點擊「重設快取」按鈕，確認後重啟 iTunes。

後續

若仍異常，嘗試登出 Apple ID 重新登入，或檢查網路/防火牆設定。
