開發/測試機為加快開機速度，將資料庫服務設為「手動」，使用時需逐一啟動多項服務。批次腳本可一次完成，並支援雙向操作。

使用說明

1. 將上述內容存為 db_services.bat。
2. 以系統管理員身分執行（右鍵 → 以系統管理員身分執行），否則 net start/stop 會拒絕存取。
3. 服務名稱可能因版本、實例名稱不同而異，執行 services.msc 確認確切「服務名稱」（非顯示名稱）。
4. Oracle 服務名稱含 Oracle Home 名稱（如 OracleOraDB19Home1），請依實際調整。
5. 若需開機自動執行，可放入「啟動」資料夾或建立排程任務（觸發：登入時，最高權限）。
