關鍵要點總結

1. WSDL 網址：以 ?WSDL 結尾
2. 參數封裝：關聯陣列，Key 對應 .NET 方法參數名
3. 呼叫方式：必須用 __soapCall()，不可直接 $client->ChkWele()
4. 結果取得：回傳物件會有 方法名Result 屬性（如 ChkWeleResult）
5. 編碼：PHP 端設定 UTF-8，.NET 端確保字串編碼一致
