Win10 更新 Flash Player (及其他更新) 遇到 0x80070002 通用解法

錯誤代碼 0x80070002 通常代表更新快取損毀或關鍵服務未啟動。兩步驟徹底解決，同樣適用於其他更新遇到此錯誤。

方法一：清除 Windows Update 快取

1. Win+X → 「命令提示符 (系統管理員)」
2. 執行 net stop wuauserv (停止更新服務)
3. 刪除 C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download 與 DataStore 資料夾內**所有檔案**
4. 執行 net start wuauserv (重啟更新服務)
5. Windows Update 再次「檢查更新」

方法二：確認關鍵服務啟用狀態

1. Win+R → services.msc
2. 依序檢查並啟用 (啟動類型設自動/手動 + 服務狀態「啟動」)：
   Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS)
   Windows Installer
   Cryptographic Services
   Software Licensing Service
   Windows Update
