Windows 10 更新/升級過程出現 0x80240020 錯誤，通常因 Windows Update 服務快取損毀或下載檔案不完整。重置更新元件可快速修復。

修復步驟 (命令列)

1. 以系統管理員身分開啟命令提示字元 / PowerShell / Windows 終端機 (Win+X > 終端機 (系統管理員))。
2. 停止 Windows Update 服務：
   net stop wuauserv
3. 重命名軟體分發資料夾 (備份舊快取)：
   ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
4. 重新啟動 Windows Update 服務：
   net start wuauserv
5. 系統將自動重建 SoftwareDistribution 資料夾並重新下載更新檔案。
6. 進入設定 > 更新與安全性 > Windows Update > 檢查更新，錯誤應已解決。

若上述無效，可執行完整重置腳本 (存為 ResetWU.bat 以管理員執行)：

• 執行系統檔案修復：sfc /scannow + dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth。
• 使用 Windows Update 疑難排解工具 自動診斷。
• 檢查磁碟空間：C 槽剩餘空間需 > 10 GB 以上。
• 暫停第三方防毒/安全軟體再試。
