Windows 8 IE10/11 內建 Flash Player，若網頁提示「未安裝 Flash Player」，通常是增益集被停用、或 Flash 版本與 IE 相容性衝突。兩種解決方案任選一。

方法一：啟用 Shockwave Flash Object 增益集（最常見）

1. 開啟 IE 瀏覽器 (桌面版) → 點選右上角齒輪「工具」→「管理增益集」。
2. 左側「工具列與擴充功能」→ 右側找到 Shockwave Flash Object。
3. 狀態若為「已停用」，右鍵 → 選擇 「啟用」。

方法二：設定 Flash Player 相容模式為 Windows 7（保留舊版 Flash）

1. 下載最新版 Flash Player ActiveX 版並安裝。
2. 找到 Flash Player 設定檔：
   32 位元：C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash\FlashUtil32_*_ActiveX.exe
   64 位元：C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\FlashUtil64_*_ActiveX.exe
3. 右鍵該檔案 → 「內容」→「相容性」頁簽 → 勾選 「以相容模式執行這個程式」 → 選擇 「Windows 7」 → 「確定」。

根本建議

• 現代網站多已移轉 HTML5 播放器，**建議完全移除 Flash Player**，避免安全性漏洞。
• 若必須使用 Flash 內容，請確保 Flash Player 為最新版，並僅在信任網站啟用。
