Windows Store（應用程式商店）點擊無反應、無法開啟或下載失敗，嘗試以下方案：

方案一：切換帳號類型

• 若使用 Microsoft 帳號登入，嘗試切換為本機帳號後再進入商店。
• 若為內建 Administrator 本機帳號，需新增另一個管理員帳號登入才能使用商店（安全性限制）。

方案二：確保系統更新至最新

Win + R → control → 「Windows Update」 → 「檢查更新」安裝所有可用更新。

方案三：啟用關鍵系統服務

Win + R → services.msc → 確認下列服務啟動類型為「自動」且狀態為「執行中」：

• Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS)
• Cryptographic Services
• Software Protection
• Windows Update
• Windows Installer

同步啟用 Windows 防火牆。

方案四：重置 Windows Update 元件（間接修復商店）

1. Win + R → services.msc → 停止「Windows Update」服務。
2. 重新命名資料夾 C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution 為 SoftwareDistribution_Old。
3. 重新啟動「Windows Update」服務，系統會自動重建資料夾。

方案五：執行 Windows Store 應用程式疑難排解

控制台 → 「疑難排解」 → 「系統與安全性」 → 「Windows Store 應用程式」 → 執行修復。
