錯誤原因

Windows Installer 服務檔案損壞、遺失或服務未啟動。

方法一：msconfig 啟用 Installer 服務

1. Win+R 輸入 msconfig →「服務」頁籤 → 勾選「Windows Installer」→「確定」→ 重開機。

方法二：重新註冊 Windows Installer (登錄編輯)

1. 搜尋 Msiexec.exe 位置 (通常在 C:\Windows\System32)。

2. Win+R 輸入 regedit 開啟登錄編輯器。

3. 定位 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSIServer，修改 ImagePath 為正確路徑 (如 C:\Windows\System32\msiexec.exe /V)。

4. 安全模式下執行 msiexec /regserver 重新註冊。

方法四：重新安裝 Windows Installer (舊版 Windows)

適用 Win95/98/Me/NT4.0；Win2000/XP/2003 請安裝最新 Service Pack 或修復作業系統。

1. 命令提示字元執行 attrib -r -s -h drive:\Windows\System32\dllcache (Me 為 System32)。
2. 依序重命名核心檔：
   ren msi.dll msi.old
ren msiexec.exe msiexec.old
ren msihnd.dll msihnd.old

3. 重開機並從官網下載對應版本 Windows Installer 重裝。
