現象與成因

Win8 CP/RP 內建 Flash Player (位於 `C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash`)，官網安裝程式會因偵測到內建版本而拒絕安裝。重置 IE、關閉/開啟 Windows 功能 IE10、`sfc /scannow` 均無效。

解決方案：從正常 Win7 機器複製檔案並重新註冊

1. 在正常運行 Flash 的 Win7 (或同版本 Win8) 複製整個資料夾：
   C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash\*
2. 貼上覆蓋至故障 Win8 同路徑 (需管理員權限)。
3. 以管理員權限開啟 `cmd.exe` (系統目錄下右鍵「以系統管理員身分執行」)。
4. 執行註冊指令 (檔名依實際版本調整，例：`Flash32_11_4_402_265.ocx`)：
   regsvr32 C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash\Flash32_11_4_402_265.ocx
5. 彈出「DllRegisterServer 成功」對話框即完成。重啟 IE10 驗證 Flash 內容正常顯示。

注意事項

• 僅適用 32 位 IE10 (64 位 IE10 使用 `Flash64_*.ocx`)。
• 正式版 Win8 已透過 Windows Update 自動更新 Flash，此問題多見於預覽版。
• 長期建議：啟用 Windows Update 保持 Flash 組件最新 (Win8 內建 Flash 由微軟負責更新)。
