路由器未接地引起的無法撥號故障解決

故障現象
　　筆者某次配置了一個AM模塊。出現了一個奇怪的問題。配置好後，撥入時沒有Modem撥號聲。只有電話的聲。並且音指示燈也不亮。當筆者拔下模塊上的電話線時。指示燈亮了。

　　診斷過程
　　筆者仔細檢查配置文件，發現缺少ip pool，加上ip local pool lab(start ip addr)(stop ip addr)，沒有效果。後來筆者想到撥號采用的都是模擬信號，與接地有很大關系。沒自動應答:多半是接地問題。所以直接把路由器上的接地螺釘，用一根導線接到防靜電地板下面的鐵支柱上，問題解決了。
　　排除心得
　　路由器標准接地的方法是在鋪設電源線的時候放置一根地線，然後路由器的外殼接到地線上去就好?，筆者估計原來負責網絡系統搭建的廠商采用的電源線忽略了地線，否則也不會出現這樣的問艦。接路由器電源的時候如果有地線，一般不需要我們再接地了。 路由器未接地引起的無法撥號故障解決
